Purpose
The provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the website of the conditions of use of the website.
Anyone who accesses this website assumes the role of user, and undertakes to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other legal provision that may apply.
The provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give notice of such changes to users, publication on the provider’s website being sufficient.
Liability
The provider disclaims any liability arising from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to the provider.
The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary, with the sole purpose of making subsequent transmission more efficient, and they disappear when the user’s session ends. Cookies will never be used to collect personal information.
From the client’s website it is possible that users are redirected to the content of third-party websites. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no liability for such content. In any case, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international law, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.
The provider is not responsible for the information and content stored, by way of example but not limitation, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. Nevertheless, and in compliance with the provisions of articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies, and actively collaborates in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. If a user considers that there is content on the website that may fall into this category, please notify the website administrator immediately.
This website has been reviewed and tested to work correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.
Intellectual and industrial property
The website, including, by way of example but not limitation, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the provider or, where applicable, the provider holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors. All the content of the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, and registered in the corresponding public registers.
Regardless of the purpose for which it is intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing requires in all cases the prior written authorisation of the provider. Any use not previously authorised by the provider will be considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.
Designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the provider and that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. In any case, the provider has the express and prior authorisation of those owners.
The provider expressly DOES NOT AUTHORISE third parties to link directly to specific content of the website; in all cases they must link to the provider’s main website.
The provider recognises in favour of their owners the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights; the mere mention or appearance of such rights on the website does not imply any right or liability of the provider over them, nor endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider.
To make any observation regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any of the content of the website, you may do so through the following email address: hello@rothdelaguila.com.
Accuracy of information
All the information provided by the User must be truthful. For this purpose, the User guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms for subscribing to the Services. It will be the User’s responsibility to keep all the information provided to ROTH & DEL AGUILA CONSULTING permanently up to date so that it reflects, at all times, their real situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make and for any harm they cause to the provider or to third parties.
Minors
To use the services, minors must always first obtain the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts carried out by the minors in their charge. Responsibility for determining the specific content that minors access lies with them; therefore, if minors access content that is inappropriate on the Internet, mechanisms must be set up on their computers, in particular software, filters and blocks, that make it possible to limit the available content and which, although not infallible, are especially useful for controlling and restricting the material that minors can access.

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with morality and good custom. To that end, the User will refrain from using the page for unlawful or prohibited purposes, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that could in any way damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any of the provider’s computer equipment.
In particular, and by way of indication but not exhaustively, the User undertakes not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material that:
- (a) is contrary to, disparages or infringes the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognised in the constitution, in international treaties and in other regulations in force;
- (b) induces, incites or promotes criminal, degrading, defamatory or violent acts or, in general, acts contrary to law, morality and public order;
